No, Moxie Gift Box does not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
There is something wrong with my order, can I get an exchange or refund?
If there is a fault or issue with only one or two items in the gift box, Moxie Gift Box will replace those items free of charge. Evidence of fault or issue and proof of purchase must be supplied within 10 business days from delivery to office@moxiegiftbox.com.au.
If there is significant damage to your gift box, Moxie Gift Box will offer either a full refund OR replace the gift box free of charge. Evidence of fault or issue and proof of purchase must be supplied within 10 business days from delivery to office@moxiegiftbox.com.au.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
