Shipping Information

Is shipping included in price?
Personalised boxes do not include shipping in the price. Shipping will be calculated at the check-out based on the box you choose and the delivery location. Gift boxes aim to be shipped within 5 business days.

Do you ship outside Australia?
No, at the moment our gift boxes are only available Australia wide.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you fix this?
Please contact office@moxiegiftbox.com.au as soon as possible with the subject line – URGENT CHANGE TO SHIPPING ADDRESS. While we will make every effort to fix this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it in time. Moxie Gift Box is not responsible for lost goods due to incorrect address supplied.

Returns & Refunds

Can I exchange or refund if I change my mind?
No, Moxie Gift Box does not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

There is something wrong with my order, can I get an exchange or refund?
If there is a fault or issue with only one or two items in the gift box, Moxie Gift Box will replace those items free of charge. Evidence of fault or issue and proof of purchase must be supplied within 10 business days from delivery to office@moxiegiftbox.com.au.

If there is significant damage to your gift box, Moxie Gift Box will offer either a full refund OR replace the gift box free of charge. Evidence of fault or issue and proof of purchase must be supplied within 10 business days from delivery to office@moxiegiftbox.com.au.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
